Reason for Return

On the above date I purchased an item from your online store. I received the item on . This garment was faulty / unfit for purpose as stated in the reason above.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. I am therefore requesting that you repair the garment or provide a replacement or if that is not possible provide a refund and would request your confirmation that this will be provided in the next seven days.

As you are in breach of contract, I am entitled to have it and I would request that you confirm you will do this within the 14 days from the date of this letter.

I look forward to receiving your satisfactory proposals for settlement of my claim within seven days of the date of this letter.
